On March 20th, 2020, announcements were made by Gov. J.B. Pritzker, ordering Illinois residents to begin a more rigorous approach at preventing the spread of coronavirus by limiting movement around communities. Residents are to shelter-in-place and avoid unnecessary outside travel and limitations have been placed on operations of businesses around the state.

Under Executive Order 2020-10, sections 12(m) and 12(n), essential products and services are those that can help facilitate remote communications and working from home as well as support IT and telecommunications systems.

This means that ChronosTechnology will continue to support the community and provide top-quality IT support for both business and residential customers although some changes will be necessary.

  • Our store located at 416 W Locust St, Suite 2 in Canton will be open to the public from 9am to 3pm Sunday – Friday
  • We are accepting appointments for times outside of these hours as well and will attempt to accommodate any appointment request made.
  • We would prefer at this point, for you to call us and schedule a Pickup/Drop-Off service or an On-Site Service.
  • Remote Services are also available as a means of support without risking exposure.

We have taken measures to extend our phone system to our home and will be taking calls as normal. We are pushing the remote and pick-up/drop-off services quite heavily as a means of taking care of customers without risking exposure.

We are taking this situation very seriously and wish to be a vital resource to our community. We will work with all requests and understand the tough financial situation that many are in. Our concern is ensuring your technology is working so you can remain in contact with loved ones and keep informed on the latest news.
